Anything we deliver carries the consumer-protection rights your jurisdiction provides; if a product or service fails to meet a reasonable standard, write to us and we'll repair, replace, or refund. Estimates are offered in good faith. Payment falls due by the stages agreed in the proposal. Materials salvaged or sourced for your home remain particular to your project.
